John Krafts

John established the business in 2007 building on his career as an HR specialist in both public and private sectors. Throughout his career, John has strived to understand all elements of the business in which he has operated and in doing so, enabled the HR management function to deliver effective support to deliver business success. Kraft HR consulting was and still is an organisation that enables small organisations to deal with the complexities of HR management and in particular employee relations challenges. Equally, the Company works with larger organisations to provide additional expertise and support in complex and contentious areas of HR management.

Recognising the need of our clients to access high-quality business support outside of HR management, the business has expanded to include general business advice through its specialist business associates.

Qualifications

Post graduate diploma in HR management and Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development

Liz Willett

Head of Business Partnership for Kraft HR Consulting

Liz joined Kraft HR Consulting in October 2016.

As an experienced public sector manager and HR professional, Liz works with NHS primary care and private sector clients and leads the client interface for Kraft HR Consulting.

Liz's case load revolves around support for our clients with programmes of re-organisation and redundancy, terms and conditions reviews, sickness absence management, performance management and employment transfers. She has also developed our absence management support package with supporting absence monitoring spreadsheets.

Liz is a CIPD qualified Human Resource Professional with a Public-Sector background which gave her experience in dealing with complex projects including Single Status, equal pay claims, restructures and reviews of HR policy and terms and conditions of employment.

Liz's passion lies in developing workforce metrics to enable client workforce reporting and to inform HR strategy. She analyses workforce metrics to advise our clients on programmes of change and then delivers against specified outcomes.

Liz loves analyzing problems and creating solutions that can be measured for effectiveness. With experience, both as a Manager and an HR Business Partner in managing different types of workplace absence, performance, capability and change programmes, Liz uses her own experience to give practical, commercially focused HR advice and technical assistance to our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management - commendation.
  • Special Psychology with Occupational Psychology BSc.
  • Certificate of Occupational Psychology
  • D32/33 NVQ Assessor

Darren Kehoe

Managing Consultant

Darren is an exceptionally effective senior executive with over 25 years in HR management, workplace investigations and senior leadership positions for the Ministry of Defence, large public bodies and private clients. He has successfully resolved workplace disputes, grievances and negotiated TUPE transfers.

Darren worked at Magistrate-level for the Ministry of Defence for over seven years, assessing and investigating complex HR and disciplinary cases and presiding over military Courts-Martials.

Darren has led a Ministerial Board of Inquiry, identifying the contributing factors of a complex workplace death that happened overseas.
