Director & Leadership

John Krafts

John established the business in 2007 building on his career as an HR specialist in both public and private sectors. Throughout his career, John has strived to understand all elements of the business in which he has operated and in doing so, enabled the HR management function to deliver effective support to deliver business success. Kraft HR consulting was and still is an organisation that enables small organisations to deal with the complexities of HR management and in particular employee relations challenges. Equally, the Company works with larger organisations to provide additional expertise and support in complex and contentious areas of HR management.

Recognising the need of our clients to access high-quality business support outside of HR management, the business has expanded to include general business advice through its specialist business associates.
