How we work together
When you work with Kraft HR on a specific issue or project, you have an allocated case worker to support you through your specific needs. You have easy access to your case worker through email and phone calls and can arrange MS Teams meetings for the personal touch. Your case worker will support you with advice, confirmed via email if requested, provision of template documents, support plans, coaching and more hands on support through attendance at remote meetings, where appropriate. If your case worker is away, issues are triaged and responded to in their absence. Both Company Directors are easily accessible for support and advice and provide professional supervision to our team.
